Once access is granted, your purchase is final. This applies to: Courses and course bundles Memberships and subscriptions Digital downloads and resources

Digital delivery is immediate

Access is typically provided right away after payment. That includes instant course access, member areas, and file downloads. Because delivery is digital, you receive the product as soon as access is turned on.

No refunds, credits, transfers

After access is granted, we do not offer refunds. We also do not provide store credit. Purchases cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for a different product. Example: If you buy a course and get immediate access, that purchase cannot be refunded later.

Why no refunds

We use a no-refund policy because digital access is immediate and cannot be returned. The policy helps keep pricing fair while protecting the learning experience for everyone.

Once you get access to our courses, downloads, and member areas, you can view and use the materials right away. Unlike a physical product, there is no way to “return” digital content after it has been delivered.

We also invest significant time and cost into creating and maintaining our educational materials, instructor time, support, and the systems that keep your access secure and stable. A no-refund policy helps us keep the platform dependable and prevents misuse.

Memberships — Cancellation & Refund Terms

Monthly membership

• You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of your current billing period. • Your cancellation takes effect at period end. • No refund is provided for the current billing period (partial or unused time). • Charges already processed for the current period are non-refundable.

Annual membership

• You can cancel renewal at any time; your access continues through the end of the annual term. • Refunds are available only within 30 days of your initial annual purchase. • To request a refund within 30 days, submit a written request to our contact address with your account email and purchase details. • After 30 days, the annual fee is non-refundable, including any remaining time in the term.

Refund handling

• Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. • If the original method is unavailable, we may request alternate payout details. • Refunds cover eligible membership fees only; any third-party processing fees may not be refundable. • Access may end when a refund is processed.
