THE NO-REFUND POLICY
Our Enrollment Policy
Thank you for choosing FIND PI Training as your exam preparation partner. We are committed to providing you with the highest-quality, most thorough Kentucky PI licensing exam preparation available — and we take that responsibility seriously in everything we build.
Because our courses are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon enrollment, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any FIND PI Training course or bundle purchase.
This is not a policy designed to protect us from dissatisfied students. It is a policy that reflects the nature of digital educational content: the moment you enroll, you have full and immediate access to every activity, every question bank, every ebook, every downloadable guide, and every simulation exam in the course. That access cannot be returned, and the investment we made in building it cannot be undone.
What this means for you: Before you enroll, we encourage you to read the course descriptions thoroughly, review the activity structure, and make sure the course you are purchasing is the right fit for your preparation needs. If you have questions about the content, coverage, or structure of any FIND PI Training course before purchasing, please reach out to us at info@findpitraining.com— we are happy to help you make the right decision before you commit.
What this does not mean: It does not mean we are unavailable after your purchase. If you have questions about course content, difficulty with accessing materials, or anything that affects your ability to use what you purchased, contact us and we will make it right.
We stand behind the quality of this system completely. Every question, every explanation, every statute reference, and every operational standard in these courses was built directly from the official Kentucky Private Investigator Examination Study Guide. This is serious preparation for a serious professional license — and it is designed, priced, and delivered accordingly.
We are glad you are here. Now let's get you licensed.

What's included?
What is an Exam Prep Course
Every question bank in this system was written specifically for the Kentucky PI licensing examination — not adapted from another state, not pulled from a generic law enforcement database, not generated without reference to the actual study guide.
Every explanation cites the specific KRS provision or study guide page it comes from. Every number, every timeline, and every statutory definition was verified against the official Kentucky Private Investigator Examination Study Guide before it was included.
If it is on the Kentucky PI licensing exam, it is in this system.
What's Included
Law, Licensing & Administrative Foundations gives you everything you need to walk into the Kentucky PI licensing exam knowing the statute — not guessing at it. You get three professional learning ebooks that orient you to the material, teach you exactly how the exam thinks, and close the section with a diagnostic wrap-up confirming you are ready before you ever schedule your test date. You also get a fully formatted, printable Study Reinforcement Guide covering every major statute section in Part I — built to study offline, highlight, and return to as many times as you need.
The question system is where the real work happens. Part I includes 200 practice questions across six targeted banks, a 20-question Rapid-Fire KRS Review drill, and a full 200-question simulation exam with a four-hour timer — 420 total questions, every single one built directly from the Kentucky Private Investigator Examination Study Guide with full explanations citing the specific statute behind every correct and incorrect answer. Every number. Every timeline. Every prohibited act. Every disqualifying condition. If it is on the Kentucky PI licensing exam, it is in this system.
What Part I Covers
Every question, and every reference document in Part I is built from one source: the official Kentucky Private Investigator Examination Study Guide. Part I covers:
- KRS 329A.010–329A.090 — The Kentucky Private Investigators Licensing Act in full
- The Kentucky Board of Licensure — Structure, authority, powers, and enforcement tools
- License Requirements — Age, citizenship, education, insurance, fingerprints, disqualifying conditions
- Renewal, Grace Periods & Reinstatement — Key dates, fee ranges, terminated vs. revoked
- Prohibited Acts — KRS 329A.055 — The most scenario-tested section on the entire exam
- Board Discipline — KRS 329A.065 — Admonishment, civil penalties, suspension, revocation, emergency suspension
- Exemptions — KRS 329A.070 — Who is exempt and under exactly what conditions
- Ownership & Qualifying Agent Procedures — Timelines, notification methods, replacement windows
- Notification Requirements — KRS 329A.075 — What triggers reporting and when
- The Code of Ethics — Professional obligations every licensee carries
- Criminal Penalties — KRS 329A.080 — First offense vs. second offense consequences
- Preemption & Legislative Intent — KRS 329A.085 and KRS 329A.090
Who Part I Is Built For
Part I is for anyone preparing to sit for the Kentucky PI licensing examination who wants to pass it the first time — without wasting money on a retake, without guessing on questions they should have known, and without showing up to the exam with a general sense of the subject matter instead of genuine statutory fluency.
If you have already attempted the exam and did not pass, Part I will identify exactly what you did not know and fix it.
If you are preparing for the first time, Part I builds the foundation that makes everything else in your preparation faster, more focused, and more effective.
What Happens After Part I
Part I is the first of three sections in the complete FIND PI Exam Prep Kentucky system.
Part II — Investigative Operations & Professional Practice covers federal information law, constitutional foundations, Kentucky criminal law, CCDW, eavesdropping, arrest authority, surveillance standards, evidence handling, forensic analysis, communication standards, and Kentucky Open Records law.
Part III — Scenario Application & Readiness Simulation takes everything from Parts I and II and applies it under exam conditions — layered scenario questions, professional judgment problems, and the full 200-question final readiness simulation.
You can purchase Part I alone and complete it before deciding on Parts II and III. Or purchase the complete bundle and access everything at once.
Either way, Part I is where the foundation gets built. And without the foundation, nothing else holds.
